Spring has come, the time of love!!!

And we as humans are natural, love it — greens juicy, fresh greens, with their hands planted in the earth-friendly grown …

And as recently as the may holidays, but rather 8 and 9 may, with our hands in righteous soil fertile, Valdai, hospitable, were planted — Golden sunflower, crisp peas, sweet corn! And also, thanks to the efforts of a young, but very kind person (we won’t divulge her name, but we note with sincere gratitude!) their place on the spacious grounds of the hotel were able to find young bushes of gooseberries, red and black currants!

Again — all his, all the guests food without carcinogens, aromatic berries from the twigs of the Bush, vegetables and fruits first (and only!) freshness — quite in the spirit of modern rural culture.

But this is only the beginning — still have to work hard!
